释义	锻压加工 Encyclopedia 工学锻压加工释 forging and stamping锻压加工对坯料施加外力，使其产生塑性变形，改变尺寸、形状及改善性能，用以制造机械零件毛坯或工件的塑性加工技术。是锻造与冲压的总称，属于二次塑性加工。锻压加工是利用一次塑性加工（轧制、挤压及拉拔等）所提供的棒材、板材、型材、管材及线材进行再加工，但在大型锻件生产时可直接用铸钢锭为原料。在锻造加工中，坯料整体发生明显的塑性变形，有较大量的塑性流动。在冲压加工中，坯料主要通过改变各部位面积的空间位置而成形，其内部不出现较大距离的塑性流动。
