bilateral currency swap agreement货币互换协定
一国（或者地区）的中央银行（或货币当局）与另一国（或地区）的中央银行（或货币当局）签订的协议，约定在一定条件下，任何一方可以一定数量的本币按照约定的汇率换取等值的对方货币，用于双边贸易投资结算或为金融市场提供短期流动性支持，到期后双方换回本币，资金使用方同时支付相应利息。
