一类农业生产系统。广义的营养体农业以生产牧草、青饲料、蔬菜、根茎、块根、块茎类及纤维作物等营养器官为主要目的。狭义的营养体农业以生产和收获植物茎、叶等营养器官甚至整株生物学产量为目的，将之作为家畜饲料而加以利用，即以收获植物茎叶为初级生产目标，以收获动物产品为次级生产目标。
