将航空伽马射线测量仪器系统安装在飞机或其他飞行器中，在航行过程中探测空中伽马射线强度变化，并据此研究地质规律，进行地质调查和资源勘查的航空放射性测量方法。是早期航空放射性测量的具体形式之一，是地质学的分支学科。又称航空γ测量、航空伽马射线测量或航空伽马总量测量。
