美国经济学家J.F.纳什(John Forbes Nash Jr.,1928-06-13~2015-05-23)在个人效用理论基础上建立的,对参与人(也称为局中人)双方通过协商方式解决利益分配问题的谈判理论。又称纳什讨价还价。
