释义	租借法案 Encyclopedia 历史学美国历史释 Lend-Lease Act《租借法案》第二次世界大战期间美国为援助英国及其他反法西斯国家而出台的一项重要法案，目的是在美国不卷入战争的同时，为盟国提供战争物资。1941年3月11日由F.D.罗斯福总统签署，第二次世界大战结束后停止执行。又称《加强美国防务法》。
