释义	急性等容血液稀释 Encyclopedia 医学临床麻醉技术释 acute normovolaemic haemodilution; ANH急性等容血液稀释在麻醉前或在麻醉后手术开始前，采取手术病人部分血液并保存在储血器内，同时给病人输入晶体液和/或胶体液以替代缺失的血容量，使体内的血液达到适当程度的稀释，红细胞比积（HCT）降低至达到或接近目标值，以减少手术失血时血液有效成分丢失的措施。在需要时或手术结束后回输给该病人，从而达到减少或不输异体血的目的。
