International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea; SOLAS《国际海上人命安全公约》
为保障海上航行船舶的人命安全，在船舶结构、设备和性能等方面规定统一标准的国际公约。规定各缔约国所属船舶须经本国政府授权的组织或人员检查，符合公约规定的技术标准，取得合格证书，才能从事国际航运。全称《1974年国际海上人命安全公约》，简称SOLAS公约。
