释义	喉次全切除术 Encyclopedia 医学喉次全切除术释 subtotal laryngectomy喉次全切除术将喉的大部分组织切除，仅仅保留一小部分未受肿瘤累及的健侧喉黏膜和很少的环状软骨组织的一种手术。又称喉近全切除术（near total laryngectomy）；因最早由美国佛罗里达医生B.W.皮尔逊（B.W.Pearson）在1980年报道，所以又称皮尔逊（Pearson）氏术。
