聚合过程中采用特殊的催化剂,催化剂可以不离开聚合物链,聚合反应表现出准“活性”特征,从而使得反应由逐步聚合的特征变为链增长特征,聚合过程变得可控、聚合物产物的分子量分布变窄的聚合反应。主要有熊田(Kumada)偶联反应、根岸(Negishi)偶联反应、铃木(Suzuki)偶联反应。
