释义	厚度控制系统 Encyclopedia 工学控制理论与控制工程基础释 thickness control systems厚度控制系统以厚度作为被控制量的自动控制系统。主要用于带型钢材的轧制过程。其通过测厚仪或传感器对带钢实际轧出厚度进行连续地测量，并根据实测值与给定值比较后的偏差信号，借助于控制回路和装置或计算机的功能程序，改变压下装置、轧制压力、轧制速度、张力和金属秒流量等，把厚度控制在允许偏差范围之内。
