释义	动物残体 Encyclopedia 农学生物质废弃物释 animal residues动物残体生命活动终止后残余的动物躯体或其部分组织（例如骨头、毛发）。属于生物质废弃物。又称动物遗体。与死亡动物近义，属于死亡后残留环境的动物生物质。作为生物体残留，不同于动物残留物。动物残留物包括动物体生命活动中产生的废弃物；也不同于肉类加工废弃物，后者属于屠宰后肉品加工利用产生的剩余物或下脚料，俗称“下水”。
