不用标准物质作对照，只用一定量的纯物质作为内标物，加入待测样品中同条件测定，由相对校正因子计算待测组分的量的定量分析方法。又称内标校正方法。仪器分析中的一种比较准确的定量分析方法。该法的内标物要严格选择。内标物应是一个已知的能与待测组分良好分离的纯化合物，最好与待测组分有相同或类似的理化性质、仪器响应特征，例如同系物等。
