释义	充氧压铸 Encyclopedia 工学高压铸造释 pore-free die casting充氧压铸通过将干燥的氧气等活性气体通入压铸模具型腔，置换出其中的空气及其他气体，金属液在快速充填模具型腔过程中，与氧气快速反应形成细小的氧化物颗粒并弥散分布于铸件内部，从而消除铸件内部气孔的压铸工艺。又称无孔压铸。
