催化裂化
在热和固体酸催化剂的作用下，将高沸点、高相对分子质量的石油重质烃转化为裂化气、汽油和柴油等的工艺。石油重质烃原料包括原油蒸馏（或其他石油炼制过程）所得的重质馏分油；或重质馏分油中掺入一定量的渣油，经溶剂脱沥青后的脱沥青油；或全部用常压渣油或减压渣油。催化裂化的主要反应有裂化、异构化、氢转移、芳构化、缩合、生焦等。与热裂化相比，催化裂化的轻质油产率高、汽油辛烷值高、柴油安定性较好，并副产富含烯烃的液化气。
