释义	仿冒 Encyclopedia 法学反不正当竞争法释 counterfeiting仿冒以模仿、假冒等方式借助他人已有的商业信誉或产品品质从事市场交易，便利经营者销售自己的商品，损害竞争对手的行为。广义的仿冒行为包括对产品、质量、价格、广告以及一切代表企业商品或者企业商誉的外在标志的仿冒。狭义的仿冒行为仅指经营者违反《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》第6条第1项的规定，即擅自使用与他人有一定影响的商品名称、包装、装潢等相同或者近似的标识，引人误认为是他人商品或者与他人存在特定联系的行为，俗称“搭便车”。
