释义	价格剪刀差 Encyclopedia 经济学〔农村交换〕释 price scissors价格剪刀差在一些国家的工农业产品交换中，工业品价格持续高于其价值而农产品价格持续低于其价值，由此形成形状如张开的剪刀的价格差。反映了工农业产品之间的不等价交换现象。一般可用农产品的购买价格指数与工业产品在农村的零售价格指数的比率来表示。又称工农业产品价格剪刀差。
