奶油
一种油包水型乳状液。分为动物性奶油和植物性奶油。动物性奶油指以乳和(或)稀奶油(经发酵或不发酵)为原料,添加或不添加其他原料、食品添加剂和营养强化剂,经加工制成的脂肪含量不小于80.0%的产品。植物性奶油指以植物油为原料,加入水、盐、奶粉等经加工制成的产品。
