中心体
动物细胞内仅由蛋白质组装而成的细胞器。在间期细胞中，该细胞器通常位于细胞核附近的细胞质中，由于在光学显微镜下看上去好像定位于细胞的中心，故而得名。中心体是细胞内主要的微管组织中心（microtubule organizing center，MTOC），与细胞内微管网络结构的组织、物质运输、细胞分裂以及细胞迁移等过程相关。
