释义	㨰法 Encyclopedia 医学摆动类手法释 rolling manipulation㨰法以第五掌指关节背面吸定皮肤，用手背近尺侧部分在受术部位来回滚动的推拿手法。本法由丁季峰于20世纪40年代始创，由一指禅推拿流派原有的滚法发展而来，为区别于原有的滚法，故称作㨰法。为㨰法推拿学术流派的代表性手法。
