释义	Rotterdam Rules Encyclopedia 法学海商法释 Rotterdam Rules《鹿特丹规则》为了解决不同运输方式的衔接问题，最大限度地实现国际货物运输的法律统一，联合国国际贸易法律委员会工作组制定了《2008年联合国全程或部分海上国际货物运输合同公约》。公约于2009年9月在荷兰鹿特丹正式签署发布，故得名。
