承灾体遭受损失后恢复到正常或更高水平的能力。在物理学中用以描绘系统承受压力及回复到原有状态的能力。弹性越强，灾后恢复能力也越强，灾害损失风险越小。是农业气象灾害风险评估的一项重要内容。引申到生态学与减灾领域，又称恢复力、减灾能力、韧性。
