环氧丙烷
由丙烯衍生的环氧化物。又称氧化丙烯、甲基环氧乙烷。具有类似苯气味的无色液体，沸点34℃，易燃，与苯、丙酮、四氯化碳、甲醇、醚等互溶，易溶于水。主要用于生产聚醚多元醇，进而制造聚氨酯泡沫，应用在建筑、汽车、家具、家用电器等领域；水解所得的丙二醇也是重要的化工产品，是生产不饱和聚酯树脂的原料；也可用于生产乙二醇醚、表面活性剂、油田破乳剂、农药乳化剂等。
