利用经皮介入治疗技术，将适量无水乙醇注射入冠状动脉前降支的室间隔支，导致目标血管化学性损伤闭塞，造成部分室间隔心肌坏死，减轻收缩期流出道梗阻，缓解患者症状，改善其活动耐量的治疗方法。又称经皮室间隔酒精消融（percutaneous septal alcohol ablation）或经皮腔内室间隔心肌消融（percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation; PTSMA）。
