nuclear skeleton
核骨架
细胞核经抽提，除去核膜、核内可溶物和绝大部分染色质（DNA和组蛋白）之后剩下的纤维蛋白网架结构。普遍存在于真核细胞中，狭义上是指细胞核内除核被膜、染色质、核纤层和核仁之外的网架体系。广义上一般认为它包括核内纤维蛋白网络（其上结合有核糖核蛋白复合体颗粒）、核仁残存结构（核仁骨架）、核纤层及残存的核孔复合体等。又称核基质（nuclear matrix）。
