等效噪声温差
使用3分贝截止的标准滤波器，在多路传输之前，系统所产生的信号及噪声（均方根值）之比为1时，所需的大空间目标（大于或等于瞬时视场）和背景的温差。又称热灵敏度。是红外探测器能探测到的最小温差，是衡量红外探测器系统性能的重要指标之一，与总体大气透过率、探测器性能参数等因素有关。
