在草甸草本植被作用和地下水浸润影响下形成的土壤。在中国土壤分类暂行草案（1978）中，为半水成土纲、草甸土土类；在中国土壤系统分类（2001）中，部分相当于寒冻雏形土；在美国土壤系统分类（1999）中，部分相当于湿润软土、潮湿软土、湿润始成土和潮湿始成土；在世界土壤资源参比基础（2014）中，部分相当于雏形土的腐殖质雏形土单元和饱和雏形土单元。
