工业区位主要是由其销售范围的大小(需求量)确定的区位理论。是德国经济学家A.廖什(August Lösch,1906-10-15~1945-05-30)在德国经济学家A.韦伯(Alfred Weber,1868-07-30~1958-05-02)等人最小成本观点的基础上发展出的“最大收益区位理论”。是现代区位论的重要组成部分。
