选择相邻或相近的几口井进行试井，其中一口井作为激动井（改变工作制度），另一口井或数口井作为观察井，激动井改变工作制度，造成地层压力变化（称为干扰信号），在观察井测量井底压力的试井方法。旧称水文勘探，又称多井不稳定试井。
