当抗体的抗原结合片段（Fab段）与病毒感染的细胞或肿瘤细胞表面的抗原结合后，抗体的可结晶片段（Fc段）与自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞等效应细胞上表达的Fcγ受体结合，介导NK细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞等效应细胞直接杀伤靶细胞的作用。
