释义	gingivitis Encyclopedia 医学牙龈炎释 gingivitis牙龈炎牙龈组织的炎性病变。表现为牙龈红肿、口臭、出血等。是最常见的牙龈病，属于慢性感染性疾病，主要感染源为堆积在牙颈部及龈沟内的牙菌斑中的微生物。菌斑微生物及其产物长期作用于牙龈，首先导致牙龈的炎症反应，继而引起机体的免疫应答反应，即菌斑性龈炎，又称慢性龈炎、慢性龈缘炎、单纯性龈炎。
